Testimonials & Referral Notes
I was referred to Peiyi by my trusted banking advisor, and right from the start I felt the professional and friendly difference in collaborating with Peiyi compared to any other insurance financial consultant I've dealt with in Singapore for the past 11 years. Peiyi is attentive and patient, and listens clearly to your requirements, clarifies and then methodically guides you through all things insurance. As mentioned to Peiyi on many occasions, she finds a way to make sure that you fully understand the range of coverages available, without overwhelming you. She is not pushy and truly cares about her clients, which is quite evident in that she remains your point of contact from policy evaluation, to application, to approval and through any claims processing you need to make. In summary, wish I had met Peiyi 11 years ago, and am sure that you can trust in her to ensure your insurance needs are met.
Jason (Group CFO & GM ASEAN)
Peiyi has been our family's consultant since 2019, and what started with a coffee meeting years ago, turned out to be a great outcome for our family. We were looking for a Critical illness cover and wanted very specific terms. Peiyi has been fantastic in understanding our requirements, working with the insurers and getting us the right coverage for our family. Her ability to execute, follow through and engage her clients is par excellence and the best we have seen in Singapore. She has been truly amazing and we highly recommend her as an agent to correctly understand your insurance needs and customise your requirements.
Naveen (Managing Director) & Nivi (HR Lead)
Peiyi is not only patient but also very genuine. She took time to understand our needs and questions and patiently explained the policies in ways that are easy to comprehend. Through the few meetings and discussions with Peiyi, she was always genuine with her advice and shared her personal experiences as well which made us very comfortable working with her and knowing that she will take good care of us. Highly recommended financial consultant :)
Diane (Finance Controller) & Kevin (Big 4 Senior Manager)
Peiyi has been my insurance agent since 2018. She's professional, dedicated & most importantly the sincerity and patience in understanding the needs of her clients. Thus, I will definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a financial consultant, whom you can trust.
Thanks for the COVID carepack!

I was referred to Peiyi by a few of my close friends, and was initially hesitant about meeting people from finance/insurance as I had faced impatient and pushy ones in the past. She was patient in guiding me through the basics of insurance, letting me feel assured that she has my best interests at heart. After meeting her and letting her review and handle my portfolio, I feel more at ease as I know I have someone trusted to turn to about such matters :)
Denise
Hi Everyone,
I was referred to Peiyi by one of my friends; she contacted me at the time where I was actually looking for some personal insurance which is very coincidental. She was nice and very concise in her explanation, she did hit most of the questions and needs that I'm looking for even before asking. I would definitely recommend her to those who are looking for a financial consultant.
Regards,
Vince
Hi Everyone,
I met Peiyi thru a referral. She is a very pleasant and down to earth young lady. Despite our busy schedules, she made sure we meet to discuss things. She made me realize how important having a health insurance and a life plan. These are essentials for the unforeseen emergencies that lies ahead. I'm really grateful for her kindness, patience and dedication to help other people. Thank you and God bless you more!

Edmond
Hi Everyone,
Insurance provides peace of mind in case something unfortunate happens in the future. A very close friend of mine, despite being healthy and physically fit, wasn’t spared from getting sick. It made me want to re-evaluate my insurances to lessen my worries and Peiyi has helped me a great deal. She took the time to review my policies before meeting with me. Her manner is professional with a personal approach. She made me feel comfortable all throughout our conversation. She has been most patient as she explains everything very thoroughly. I’m so glad to have met Peiyi. I would happily recommend her to anyone wishing to take insurance and financial advice.
Regards,
Janella
Hi Everyone,
Met Peiyi through some close friends. I wasn’t really interested in doing financial planning, but this pleasingly nice lady got through to me and made me realize how important financial planning is. Her sincerity is one of her best assets and had me convinced that she really cares for me and my friends. I definitely am looking forward to meeting her more in the future. 🥰

Hi Everyone,
I was referred to Peiyi by my wife, and my experience with Peiyi is a positive one. She’s professional and forthcoming in her advice, and has good product knowledge. I appreciate the effort she takes to address my questions on the product specificities, and also the fact that she doesn’t pretend to have all the answers at any time. I would recommend her for those who are reviewing their coverage needs.
Regards,
Jenson
Thanks Peiyi for your patience and advice and guiding me through the process. I met her near my office building nearly 6 months ago and we were not able to meet for a discussion on financial planning due to the pandemic. But I am glad that I finally reached out to her.
She tailored a plan that suits my needs and was very clear and concise with her explanation.
She’s a rising star as we’ve already seen from her website and I have no doubt she’s on her way to something big in the future.
I would highly recommend Peiyi as a financial consultant and I am looking forward to our subsequent meetings in the future!
Vijay (Software Engineer)
Hi Everyone ,
I have known Peiyi for almost a decade and like most of us in our twenties, we always believe we are well covered and have an agent to represent us. Still, I was touched by Peiyi's sincerity and decided to have my policy reviewed and I'm so glad I did it. She is very thorough in her review and she has good product knowledge in the industry and therefore is able to offer what she feels is best for her clients and helped to address their concerns. Thank you for going the extra mile to fight for my exclusion clauses. Glad to be under your care - Peiyitforward!
Regards,
Janice (Finance Manager)
Hi Everyone,
I was referred to Peiyi through my sister as Peiyi was already planning for her financial portfolio. My engagements with Peiyi has been extremely positive and I have included my whole family's financial planning under her charge. She is very personable, sincere, and caring not just in her work but in the relationship as well. What I find commendable about Peiyi is that she ensures due diligence in her response before putting forth an answer, and taking the effort to stay abreast of my life developments and changes so that her answers and recommendations are tailored to what I need.
Thank you and keep it up Peiyi!
Regards,
Alvin
Hi Everyone,
I was referred to Peiyi by my best friend & in all honesty, getting to know her is definitely a blessing which I am very thankful for.
Being someone who isn’t savvy when it comes to insurance/financial planning, Peiyi, very diligently helped me to look through my current financial plans & genuinely recommended how we can work around it to ensure I’m better covered. She is very patient & not pushy at all (plus point!!!)
11/10 will recommend 🤪💯
Regards,
Celine
Hi Everyone ,
Having been through a few agents previously, engaging Peiyi as my financial consultant made me realise how much I have been missing out all these past years! I received regular updates from her to review my portfolio and she ensured that I was properly covered in the case of any misfortune. There were some policies that I sat on for awhile without buying, but still, she spent the time and effort to go through my questions and policies in detail. Throughout the COVID period, she sent care packages to her clients to show us that she has not forgotten us. My only regret is that I was not able to switch over my old policies to be covered under her!
Regards,
Denise (Analyst) & Desmond (SAF)
Hi Everyone,
There was something about Peiyi that made me want to listen to her. I honestly never regretted my decision :)
She is a genuine, patient and very organised person. Through the few meetings I had with her, she always explained everything very clearly to me so that I understand the options I have. She never tries to replace my existing plans, but rather, recommend plans to complement my existing plans or what I am lacking.
Peiyi always ensures that I am comfortable and never tries to push me out of my comfortable zone. I really appreciate her for that :)
Regards,
Zi Rui (Mechanical Engineer)
Hi Everyone,
Peiyi came across as a sincere & genuine person, different from other approaches I've encountered so far. At the same, I was looking for some coverage for my 1 year old son which I happily oblige to work with.
It's easy to relate and understand our current situations since we are somewhat in the same life stages. There's no doubt that she has tremendous amount of product knowledge and it was not a challenge for her to provide the amount of advise for me.
I'm definitely impressed by her hard work & efforts she has put in for each individual. RECOMMENDED!
Regards,
Danny (Investor relations)
Hi Everyone,
We are happy with Peiyi as our Financial Consultant because she is sincere, caring and diligent in her work. She showed interest in our life and she tried to tailor insurance plans to our needs, rather than hard-selling the most expensive plans. We also appreciate that she is frank in answering our questions. Whenever we asked difficult questions which she does not have a ready answer to, she would tell us honestly that she isn't sure but will get back to us asap.
Thank you, Peiyi! 🙂
Regards,
Joshua and Ivilyn
Hi Everyone,
To describe peiyi in a few words would be humble, patient, really comfortable to have a conversation with but also brilliant at her work.
Our first appointment was really just me trying to understand whether she was a genuine character or just trying to get me to buy unnecessary policies (she's a genuinely kind, friendly and this archangelic passion for her craft; you find her, listen to her).
She isn't my only financial consultant and yet she still gave me a better understanding into my financial planning and the various policies at hand through in depth comparisons with multiple companies in the market.
I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family, especially those who haven't had their policies reviewed in the past few years or at all.
Regards,
P Ang (IT Engineer)
Hi Everyone.,
I met Peiyi a couple of months ago. I was hesitant at first on even meeting up but decided to give it a chance when she persisted. No REGRETS! She turned out to be relatable and genuine :) She also does not push for products that aren't relevant to my current financial situation and needs. Overall 10/10, would recommend.
Regards,
Dillon (Auditor)
We met Peiyi through a referral. We were looking for a suitable policy and insurance agent for us. Throughout the appointment, Peiyi explained and analysed for us clearly. She also customised the plan according to our needs and budget well. She understood our situation and do not do force selling like other ordinary insurance agent. She really cares for her customers and make friends with customers. Unlike other touch and go agent, Peiyi also provides good after-sales service. We love how she printed out our policy and file it nicely for us to keep our statement.

Hi Everyone,
I recently met up with Peiyi to gain a better understanding of the policies i have on hand, and got her advice on what policies i can take on to fill in any gaps. She was very clear on her explanation, and recommended me a mix of policies that were tailored to my needs. She has my interests in mind when recommending these policies and was not pushy at all. I'm grateful to entrust my financial planning to Peiyi!

Hi Everyone,
I was introduced to Peiyi via a friend from university, and was told that she carries with her an amiable and sincere personality. That was something I generously got to experience first-hand, and are definitely core traits every financial consultant should possess as we look to trust them to have our backs.
As someone who deals with facts & figures on a daily basis, another key trait I'm looking for is also someone who has wide-spanning knowledge on the industries (not exhaustive to the narrow scope of his/her own firm).
Regards,
Ethan (Analyst)
Amiable Financial Consultant

Hi Everyone,
Signing insurance with Peiyi was an easy yes. Peiyi’s willingness to understand my financial needs and circumstances coupled with her deep knowledge on various product specs and coverages ensured that she was able to come up with viable options for me to choose from.
Peiyi was also unbelievably patient, and took time out to explain products in details so that I could ultimately make the right decision.
In short, a genuine financial consultant who cares for her clients.

Peiyi's patience and sincerity made me comfortable talking and sharing with her about my needs and current financial position, making me feel like she genuinely cares about my coverage and not just here to close a quick deal.

Strangers to friends
Hi Everyone,
I met Peiyi through a referral from an old friend I've known since my secondary school days. As someone I trusted, I knew she would only recommend the best so despite the usual inhibitions in meeting with a financial consultant (as I already had the basic health insurance plans), I decided to make some time to hear Peiyi out.
I'm glad I did because she is genuine & easy to get along with. Despite her young age, she is also very knowledgeable & easily pointed out what areas I could improve in terms of health coverage without being pushy.
Moving forward, I know that I am in good hands as she is hardworking & has her clients' best interest at heart. I now consider her a friend whom I can turn to for honest advice & I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy person to take care of your policies in the long run :)

A Genuine Financial Consultant
Hi Everyone,
I found Peiyi to be the very genuine in her approach to understanding my perspective to saving and healthcare. She was never pushy and always made an effort to listen to my plans.
At all our meetings she would check with me if there was anything that I was unsure of that needed her to repeat herself or clarify. I found that this genuine attitude and that she is in this business for the long run to be the reasons why I decided to go with her as I knew that she has my interest at heart.
I would recommend her to my friends should I know of any that are looking to review or get a new policy.

Friendly Financial Consultant
Hi Everyone,
I met Peiyi for the first time when she friendly approached me to fill in survey. She shared with me how insurance is an important thing to take care of even at young age. I find myself new to insurance coverage and kinda fortunate that she is able to fill in for this aspect.
She patiently took care of me, a newbie that just only graduated from university. The explanation is very detailed and clear. She goes all the way to meet face-to-face. Definitely recommend Peiyi for your go to person in this sector.

An Epiphany moment
Hi Everyone,
I met Peiyi a year ago through a mutual friend.
She was patient and extremely detailed, and through my conversation with her I realized how severely I was lacking in my personal insurance.
Being relatively young at the time, I had not placed much importance on this aspect of my life.
She made me aware of the potential hefty costs of critical illness treatment in Singapore and the impact it will have on myself and family.
Thanks to Peiyi, I now can live with a peace of mind and am more than happy with the service she has provided so far.
Highly recommended
Regards,
Russell (Banker)

An extraordinary financial consultant
Hi Everyone,
I met Peiyi through a friend. From the first time I’ve talked to her, I knew she is someone whom you can trust, she would always make sure that you feel secured and that any of your apprehensions will be well addressed.
Most people fear being approached by financial consultants due to pressure or certain reasons, but with her I never in a way felt that, she would make you feel comfortable and happy to be addressing your concerns.
I would most definitely recommend her to my friends, not just because I have confidence in her but because I would want them to experience the best, and that is her :)

A Financial Planner who Cares
Hi Everyone,
I knew Peiyi after working in the same internship at an audit firm during our university semester break. She is very genuine, cheerful, and humble.
Therefore, when she approached me after she entered the industry, I agreed to meet up with her as I know that I can trust her with my financial planning. I was working in Prudential then, but despite working in the insurance industry, I was very under-insured. Thankfully, Peiyi helped identify my coverage gaps and planned for me.
Despite my medical conditions that resulted in the plans being rejected, Peiyi never gave up and appealed for me - and I know that she did this with me as a customer and friend as a priority as she kept following up with me on my medical condition and reminded me to take care of my health. Her patience and willingness to go the extra mile is something I am extremely touched by and grateful for.
When I did my medical review and my readings improved, she immediately helped me craft a new plan, taking into considerations also that I am getting married and getting a house soon. Her priority is clearly in helping the client achieve their financial and insurance goals within their means and comfort level.
I will highly recommend her to anyone seeking to evaluate and plan their financial goals.
Regards,
Eng Chuan (FP&A Lead)

Her Personality and attitude towards insurance is positive and realistic. Taking the time to understand my objectives, my current commitments and closing the gaps was her focus and all this over a cup of ice tea.

Unexpected Friendship
Hi Everyone,
How I got to know Peiyi was through a roadshow, at first I was hesitant to talk to her but her smile and cheerfulness make me change my mind. Previously I had some bad experience with roadshow agent as they can be persistent. Peiyi is different , you don't feel pressure by her and the conversation lead to a meeting. After the first meeting I was impress by her knowledge and decided to sign a plan with her. I really appreciate her effort in making sure that I understand what I am signing up for , and preparing some little thing like a personal file to kept all the insurance form.
If you are looking for a quality Financial Consultant she is definitely highly recommended.

Highly Recommended, meet Peiyi!
Hi Everyone,
I have known Peiyi since our secondary school days and she is always very kind hearted and genuine. I always have a lot of queries and doubts regarding insurance. But she is always very patient and is willing to go the extra mile to answer every single question I have till I fully understand.
She is not the kind of agent that hard sells every product so that she can get the most commission out of you. But rather, she will sit down with you and evaluate what you need or do not need based on your current situation. Regardless of whatever decision you are going to make at the end of the day, she will always respects your decision.
Thus, I will definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a financial consultant, whom you can trust.

I choose sincerity and diligence - I choose Peiyi
Hi Everyone,
Before signing with Peiyi, my impressions of Peiyi were that she was sincere, prioritises on her clients' needs and tries her best to bring value to her clients lives with meticulous planning and execution.
After signing with a financial consultant, we would expect our financial consultants to fade away, only to appear when there is a need to up-sell. Contrary to that perception, Peiyi demonstrated excellent follow ups with constant updates on local policies which would impact her clients and makes an effort to catch up with her clients on a few occasions yearly.
What impresses me the most, is that Peiyi welcomes her clients to challenge her recommendations. She acknowledges that she does not have answers to all questions but never fails to come back with satisfactory answers.
I'd choose an imperfect but sincere and diligent financial consultant, always; and Peiyi is my choice
Regards,
JL, Finance Reporting
And so the journey begins!
Hi Everyone,
I still remember the first time interacting with Peiyi. We somehow almost clicked immediately. She was so cheerful and genuine with what she had to say. After acquiring a saving plan with her, she provided me timely updates and go through with me the benefit of the plan over and over again, just to make sure I know what did I get myself into. (Haha) I really appreciate the guidance she had provided me thus far!! I won’t say she pushes me to get plans, it feels more like how a friend would “intro” good deals to me. I am really glad to have met Peiyi and I am glad that she’s the one bringing me along this journey!

Hi Everyone ,
There are insurance agents, there are financial consultants. There are friends.
Peiyi is the reason why I believe in Prudential as a company.
I am a senior trainer in a company that has been in SG for half a century.
I have never met our customer service, generosity of time and passion will ever be found outside of our own.
Peiyi is a person you can trust with your time because she first earned it by being respectful to my time by not being pushy when we first met.
Peiyi is a person you can trust with your finances because she first gave up a higher paying job to do what she loves rather than what pays.
I say this with utmost sincerity.
If you want a person that cares about your needs, your finances and has BOTH hardwork and humility.
Peiyi is that person and more.
Don't waste your time. You've come to the right place.
Regards,
Reuben (Senior Trainer - Tech)
Patient Peiyi
Hi Everyone,
Embarking on your financial journey as a young adult can be very intimidating and scary for anyone if they don't have the right person to guide and advise them along the way. Thank you Peiyi for helping with my financial planning and for your patience in answering my many questions or addressing the fears and doubts I may have without any judgment, and most of all, for being someone that I can trust on this.
Regards,
Jeannine (Marketing Comms Exec)
